Responsibilities:
• Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and identify opportunities to optimize business processes
• Develop and implement effective solutions using the Salesforce platform to meet business needs
• Analyze data and create reports and dashboards to help drive data-based decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business leaders, to ensure the successful implementation of solutions
• Provide ongoing support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, providing training, and identifying areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality, and provide recommendations for enhancements and upgrades
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the integrity of the Salesforce platform
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or equivalent role
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
• Experience in gathering business requirements, creating functional specifications, and developing and implementing solutions
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus
