Position Overview: We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Intern to assist our experienced development team in customizing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions on the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior Salesforce developers to design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of Salesforce customizations such as custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
- Participate in coding, testing, debugging, and deployment activities within the Salesforce environment.
- Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other third-party applications using APIs or middleware.
- Support data migration and data cleansing efforts to ensure accurate and clean data within the Salesforce platform.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming, and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform and its declarative development tools (such as Process Builder, Workflows, etc.).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, even in a personal or academic setting, is advantageous.
