Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, create and maintain test plans and test cases.
- Perform extensive functionality, integration, regression, and end-to-end system testing independently and with team assistance.
- Work closely with development and business teams to ensure that the highest quality software is deployed in accordance with delivery timelines.
- Troubleshoot, analyze and isolate defects and report them to the Salesforce team.
- Document and publish new features to the Confluence wiki.
- Evaluate risk associated with test plans and make recommendations.
- Participate in the QA process standardization and improvement efforts.
- Aid in the implementation of Agile and CI/CD frameworks from a QA standpoint.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience with Salesforce testing.
- Experience working in an agile software development environment and familiarity with SCRUM practices, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in test planning, management, and reporting.
- Experience in using Application Lifecycle / Test Management tools – Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Experience in API testing using Postman/SoapUI or other tools.
