Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce and its features such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Certification in Salesforce such as the Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I is a plus.
- Basic understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.
