Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and qualified Graduate Trainees/Diploma Trainees to join our team. As a trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to develop your skills in troubleshooting and resolving end-user service network issues. You will also provide support for Outlook-related and Windows OS-related issues and coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot assets under warranty.
Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end troubleshooting of end-user service network issues
- Provide support for Outlook-related and Windows OS-related issues
- Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot assets under warranty
- Prepare SLA/performance reports and meet with customers to manage regular operations
- Work in a 24×7 environment and handle user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
- Prepare, implement, and verify the configuration and integration of a node/system/service
- Handle emergency situations and prepare chronology reports
- Coordinate with the care/vendor team for handling resolved cases
- Interface with other technical teams
- Install and upgrade operating systems and computer software
- Coordinate with the field team if onsite support is required for faults
- Prepare handover and activity sheets
- Identify problems and act accordingly as per the defined CM process
- Ensure post-check of activities done during the MW period
- Troubleshoot configuration-related issues
- Prepare scripts and impact analysis for changes that need to be done in the network
- Conduct remote troubleshooting
- Ensure coordination with cross-functional teams for various issues during any configuration changes
Qualifications:
- B.Sc./B.Com/BBA/BCA/BA or Diploma (10+2+3) with a minimum of 60% passing percentage in 10th, 12th, and Graduation with no current backlogs
- Preferably from streams like CS/IT & Circuital related branches
- Should have graduated in the year 2023
- Should be flexible to work in Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune/NCR
- Selection Process:
The selection process will be completely online and will include the following stages:
Round 1 – Aptitude Assessment – Estimated Duration – 30 mins
Round 2 – Core Language Assessment (British Council) – Estimated Duration – 40 mins
Round 3 – Speaking Language Assessment (British Council) – Estimated Duration – 40 mins
Round 4 – Tech Interview
Round 5 – HR Interview
