Job Description:
Wipro is offering a unique opportunity for Diploma holders in Computer Science, IT, EC, Electrical and Electronics, or Telecommunication to upgrade their qualification to a B.Tech degree in Information Systems through their School For IT Infrastructure Management (SIM) program. This program is fully sponsored by Wipro and is conducted in an IoE-ranked university.
As a Scholar Trainee in SIM, you will receive a stipend ranging from INR 12,400 to INR 19,618 per month during the four-year program. You will also receive medical and insurance benefits, including medical assistance, personal accident cover, life insurance cover, parental insurance, pension (optional), and survivor benefits. Additionally, you will have access to interest-free loans for housing, vehicle purchase, and contingency expenses.
To be eligible for this program, you must have completed a full-time diploma course in Computer Science, IT, EC, Electrical and Electronics or Telecommunication with a minimum of 60% marks. You must also have scored at least 50% marks in your 10th and 12th standards. You must have studied core mathematics as one of the subjects in your diploma program.
You must be an Indian citizen or hold a PIO or OCI card, and there should not be any gaps in your education during the diploma program. You must have completed the program within three years from the time it began, and there should be no more than one active backlog at the interview stage. Candidates who have participated in any selection process held by Wipro in the last three months are not eligible.
The selection process includes four steps: Registration, Online Assessment, Business Discussion, and Offer Letter. Successful candidates will receive a final offer letter from Wipro.
