Nokia, a global technology leader committed to innovation and sustainability, is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to join its Customer Experience organization. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in providing pre-sales support to Nokia’s internal and external customers, with a focus on the Cloud Network portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales support to Nokia internal and external customers
- Ensure quality support on customer solutions and offer material
- Work on Cloud Network solutions in alignment with counterparts to ensure effectiveness and completeness
- Communicate and network with global teams including Nokia internal customers – Account managers, Solution managers & Nokia external customers
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities and recommending solutions to customers
Requirements:
- B. Tech (Electronics / Computer) or equivalent from premier institute
- Excellent understanding of basic Telecommunication Networks and Cloud Network systems
- Strong understanding of the pre-sales/delivery lifecycle and software business
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think out of the box and innovate
- Flexibility and willingness to accept any extra work to complete tasks on time
- Telecommunication product and solution knowledge
- Openness to new situations and technology changes
- Team player, self-driven, with excellent presentation skills
