As a Salesforce Developer/Administrator, you will be responsible for developing and providing backend support across various products within the Salesforce platform. Your focus will be on building scalable and robust solutions using AGILE development methodologies, ensuring high availability for end users. You will actively participate in the software development process (SDLC) and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with senior stakeholders from multiple business areas to scope business needs and identify common use-cases across teams.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to gather requirements, resolve issues, and guide and facilitate the Scrum team and related processes.
  • Build new customer solutions using an object-oriented approach.
  • Mitigate risk while handling tasks, resources, and changes.
  • Lead or work independently to provide data transformation, testing, problem-solving, and end-to-end user support.
  • Apply best practices for software development lifecycle and automation.
  • Demonstrate practical problem-solving skills and excellent written and interpersonal communication.
  • Prioritize tasks and work independently, seeking guidance when necessary.
  • Match business process and automation requirements to the capabilities of Salesforce, including managed and unmanaged packages, complex data models, integration, role hierarchy, sharing, and security models.
  • Maintain and improve complex and large Salesforce Orgs and projects.

Requirements: Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce Administration and development.
  • Salesforce Admin and Developer – 1 certified.
  • Experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including creating objects, fields, relationships.
  • Experience in developing validations.
  • Configuration experience with flows for automating business processes.
  • Proficiency in reports and dashboards.
  • Strong experience in writing Apex controllers, triggers, and test classes.
  • Experience in developing UI using LWC (Lightning Web Components).
  • Experience in integrations using REST/SOAP API.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Deep knowledge of and passion for Agile/Scrum methodologies, including metrics and reporting techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation, active listening, consensus-building, and cross-functional support.
  • Willingness to work in evening/night shifts.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred: Administrator, Platform Dev 1, Platform Dev 2.
