Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions, following best practices and guidelines.
- Collaborate with senior team members to gather requirements and understand business processes to design and develop Salesforce applications.
- Participate in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Support end-users by troubleshooting issues, providing guidance, and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
- Continuously enhance your Salesforce expertise through self-learning, training sessions, and staying updated with the latest Salesforce releases.
- Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications, user guides, and other relevant documentation.

Requirements:
- Completion of Salesforce training or certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Development.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and declarative customization tools (Process Builder, Flow Builder, etc.).
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts (Apex, Visualforce) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- A strong passion for technology and a desire to build a career in the Salesforce ecosystem.
