Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to our clients’ success by developing innovative solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. As a Salesforce Developer, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions. You will be responsible for designing, coding, debugging, analyzing performance, packaging, and deploying solutions to our clients’ Salesforce.com organizations. Additionally, you will work on enhancing existing functionality and integrating Salesforce.com applications with other systems as required.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design, code, and debug Apex and Visualforce functionalities to meet client-specific requirements.
- Develop high-quality, scalable code and ensure its successful deployment.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce.com and other systems.
- Maintain accurate and well-written documentation of Apex code, application use, and flow.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of coding experience in technologies such as Java, .NET, PHP, Python, Ruby, or the Force.com framework (Apex and Visualforce).
- Experience in application development and integration using Salesforce.com’s SOAP, REST, and Bulk API is preferred.
- Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
- Background in developing for the Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Financial Services sectors using Force.com is ideal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge or background in Oracle, SAP, ERP systems is desirable.
- Hands-on experience with ESB and Publish & Subscribe architectural design patterns for complex EAI initiatives.
- Proficiency in Mule ESB and JitterBit technologies or equivalent platforms is preferred.
- Extensive experience with data extraction, transformation, and load tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience.
