Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team and maintain and continuously improve our Service and Experience Cloud with Salesforce and any other related support. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing documentation for system enhancements and customization, providing training and leadership to super-users, and managing user security. You will also be responsible for implementing process improvements and automation to optimize operational and support processes.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and continuously improve the Service and Experience cloud with Salesforce and any other related support.
- Prepare documentation for system enhancements and customization, provide training and leadership to super-users, and manage user security.
- Implement process improvements and automation to optimize operational and support processes.
- The interface on a day-to-day basis with other product managers, developers, and other administrators to support business operations.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Act as a Salesforce guru to internal departments with Salesforce-related tasks.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
- Provide excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Salesforce Administration in a high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with Salesforce.com.
- Preferred 1-2 years experience as Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud administrator.
- Preferred 1+ year experience with Agile Methodology.
- Preferred 1-2 years working deployment tools (Flosum a plus).
- Self-starter, reliable team player with the ability to deliver projects on time.
- Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, rapidly changing environment.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in specific technical fields like computer science, math, statistics preferred; or equivalent practical experience.
- Visualforce, SQL, Apex Code experience preferred.
