We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team at Innovior. If you have 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce development and a passion for creating scalable solutions, this is an excellent opportunity for you. As part of our team, you will work on diverse projects spanning various industries, expanding your knowledge of different business sectors and gaining exposure to multiple products within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex, scalable, and customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, identifying areas for improvement, including performance optimization and code refactoring.
- Document technical designs, code, and other project-related artifacts to facilitate clear communication and knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features, actively participating in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Salesforce Development, with 1-2 years of post-graduate experience.
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, integration patterns, and customization best practices.
- Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX, as well as experience integrating with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, and experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Certification in one or more Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I and II, App Builder, or Administrator, demonstrating a solid understanding of Salesforce principles and best practices.
