Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Salesforce team to assist in the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions.
- Support the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet the business requirements.
- Participate in the testing and debugging of Salesforce applications to identify and resolve any issues.
- Assist in data migration, data cleansing, and data management tasks within the Salesforce platform.
- Contribute to the documentation of Salesforce processes, workflows, and configurations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to gather requirements and provide updates on progress.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and enhancements to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. in IT, CS, E&Tc, Bachelor in computer application or BCS.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong interest in Salesforce and a desire to build a career in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts and methodologies.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
