JLL Technologies is seeking a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in the Force.com Platform to join our team. As a Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and enhancement of our Corrigo CMMS enterprise solution, a leading SaaS/PaaS product in the facilities management industry. You will work closely with the Product Management team to understand requirements and translate them into executable tasks. Your responsibilities will include developing new features, optimizing existing functionality, addressing escalated customer issues, writing clean code, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with globally distributed offshore development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Management team to understand product requirements and translate them into executable tasks.
- Develop new features, enhance existing features, and optimize functionality on the Force.com platform, from conception and design through testing and deployment.
- Provide support to the customer services team in addressing escalated issues in various areas.
- Write clean, high-quality, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Optimize and performance tune the application for optimal efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with globally distributed offshore development teams.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1+ years of professional experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and the Force.com platform.
- Experience building and maintaining applications on the Salesforce platform.
- Expertise with the Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework and web services.
- Experience with the cloud ecosystem, preferably Salesforce and Azure.
- Strong team player with a collaboration-oriented mindset.
Desirable Skills:
- Good knowledge of Salesforce Application and Force.com platform.
- Understanding of API design concepts and development of RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like Angular.
Certifications:
- Salesforce Certifications are a plus.
