Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to end users within the organization.
- Configure and customize the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
- Assist in the administration of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and other related tools such as Conga CPQ, Conga CLM, and Conga Composer.
- Perform administrative functions including user management, data management, and security.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Territory Management and its implementation.
- Create and manage Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, compact layouts, roles, profiles, report types, validation rules, workflows, and email templates.
- Utilize Data Loader and Workbench for data import/export and data manipulation tasks.
- Participate in the deployment process using tools like Source Tree and Copado.
- Understand and work with automated processes such as Process Builder, Workflows, Flows, and Approval Processes.
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices and maintain system integrity.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
- Solid understanding of Sales and Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with CPQ (Salesforce and Conga) is preferred.
- Proficient in administrative functions, including user management, data management, and security.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Territory Management and its implementation.
- Hands-on experience in creating Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, compact layouts, roles, profiles, report types, validation rules, workflows, and email templates.
- Experience using Data Loader and Workbench.
- Familiarity with deployment processes using Source Tree and Copado.
- Understanding of automated processes such as Process Builder, Workflows, Flows, and Approval Processes.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent understanding of the Salesforce platform and products, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with tools like Data Loader, Demand Tools, Zuora, and NetSuite.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new features and technologies quickly.
- Effective communication with business owners, technical staff, and internal stakeholders.
About the Team: As a member of the Salesforce Administrator team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues to configure and customize the Salesforce platform according to organizational requirements.
Hours of Work: This is a permanent position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST.
