Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our Service Cloud and Experience Cloud with Salesforce, as well as providing support and training to super-users. You will play a critical role in optimizing operational and support processes through process improvements and automations. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and technical expertise in Salesforce.com will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and continuously improve Service Cloud and Experience Cloud using Salesforce and related support tools.
  • Prepare documentation for system enhancements and customization, ensuring clear and comprehensive instructions for users.
  • Provide training and leadership to super-users, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively utilize Salesforce.
  • Manage user security, ensuring appropriate access levels and permissions are in place.
  • Implement process improvements and automations to optimize operational and support processes.
  • Collaborate with other product managers, developers, and administrators on a daily basis to support business operations.
  • Serve as a Salesforce guru to internal departments, assisting with Salesforce-related tasks and providing guidance and support.
  • Utilize Visualforce, SQL, and Apex Code experience to enhance Salesforce functionality.
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Thrive in a high-intensity, rapidly changing environment, and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in specific technical fields like computer science, math, statistics preferred; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce Administration experience in a high-growth technology company.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience as a Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud administrator.
  • Preferred 1+ year of experience with Agile Methodology.
  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience working with deployment tools (Flosum a plus).
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-starter and reliable team player with the ability to deliver projects on time.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
