We are seeking a passionate and talented Salesforce Developer to join our team as a fresher at Exceller Tech. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation, customization, and integration of Salesforce solutions to meet our clients’ specific business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance professionals, to deliver high-quality and scalable Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Customization and Configuration: Collaborate with business analysts to understand client requirements and implement customizations within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms.
- Data Management: Assist in data migration and data cleansing activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency within the Salesforce platform.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve issues reported by end-users, providing timely and effective support to ensure smooth system operation.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing of developed functionalities and assist in system testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the Salesforce solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and test cases.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other developers and team members to ensure seamless integration of different components and adherence to coding standards.
- Process Improvement: Participate in discussions to identify areas of improvement in existing processes and contribute to their enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and software development principles.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly comprehend complex requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator) are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and eagerness to learn and grow as a Salesforce professional.
