Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in troubleshooting their custom code, integration, and implementation of Salesforce products.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and ensure that customer issues are fully resolved.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality.
  • Demonstrate outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide explanations of product features and best practices for Salesforce coding.
  • Manage customer expectations and strive to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Actively participate in job-related training activities and stay updated with the latest industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and learn new technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of self-motivation.
  • Pursuing a BE/B.Tech degree with a minimum of 70% academic scores from Circuit Branches, with a batch of 2024.
  • Willingness to work in flexible shift timings, including rotations between AMER, EMEA, and APAC hours.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality support.

Working Hours:

The position requires working in a 24×7 operating environment, with shifts that may vary. Some examples of shifts include:

  • AMER hours: Eastern Standard Time – 5.30 PM/6.30 PM IST or Pacific Standard Time – 9 PM/10 PM.
  • EMEA hours: 12:00 PM/1 PM/2 PM.
  • APAC hours: 5.30 AM IST onwards.
