We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce.com (SFDC) Project Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, testing, training, documenting, and deploying high-quality and best-practice business solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will also be involved in integrating systems using REST API and providing guidance to the team on application design and development.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, develop, test, train, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Integrate systems using REST API to ensure seamless data flow and connectivity.
- Conduct design reviews of applications and provide guidance to the team on recommendations to ensure successful development.
- Migrate and deploy code and Salesforce components using out-of-the-box and/or other deployment tools.
- Understand business and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Manage data in Salesforce using tools such as data loader.
- Participate in customer project reviews to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.
- Demonstrate strong product configuration and technical skills, including Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Sites, Java, etc.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process and solution analysis.
- Apply organizational knowledge and work with reports/dashboards, profile settings, approval processes, etc.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, be results-oriented, and have the ability to work independently and effectively.
- Deliver working solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Salesforce.com (SFDC) project implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its various modules.
- Strong experience in integrating systems using REST API.
- Familiarity with deployment tools and techniques for migrating SFDC components.
- Proficient in Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Sites, Java, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with data management in Salesforce, including using data loader.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
