We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, customizing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand their needs.
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications, workflows, and approval processes to meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Perform unit testing and debugging of Salesforce applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Assist in data migration and integration activities between Salesforce and other systems.
- Customize Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end-users in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to the overall success of the Salesforce implementation.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers (Experienced Developers).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and familiarity with programming languages like Java, C#, or similar.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web services (SOAP and REST).
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (Experienced Developer) with a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative features including workflows, process builder, and approval processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
