Job Description: As a Service Cloud Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Global IT team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead requirements gathering, design, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in the Service Cloud Salesforce domain. You will compile and analyze technical business system requirements for new projects or modifications to existing systems. Additionally, you may provide consultation to users, lead cross-functional teams, and perform feasibility and needs analysis. The role requires you to develop high-level implementation plans and serve as a subject matter expert.

Basic Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional work experience in IT, with at least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Systems Analyst.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Support the entire product lifecycle from idea/concept to deployment.
  • Own and communicate detailed requirements effectively with the technical team for solutioning.
  • Collaborate with business and IT partners across functions to prioritize tasks and meet commitments.
  • Resolve issues and challenges to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Participate in product deployment/releases, ensuring no impact on existing features/functions.

Behavioral Characteristics/Skills:

  • Salesforce Service Cloud administration experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in coding with Java or other programming languages.
  • Experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium WebDriver, UFT, JMeter, Provar, etc.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
  • Exposure to CI tools like Jenkins and Bamboo.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and a sense of ownership.
  • Demonstrated passion for continuous learning and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
