We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with 1.5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet the business needs of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Customization and Development: Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies to address business requirements and enhance the overall user experience.
- Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other applications and systems, both internal and external, using APIs and web services.
- Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and other platform features to meet specific business needs.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform through data import, data manipulation, and data cleansing activities.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Analyze and resolve issues reported by end-users, providing timely support and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other developers, to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) before deploying changes to production environments.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation related to customizations, configurations, and integrations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and industry best practices to enhance the organization’s Salesforce ecosystem continually.
- Best Practices: Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines while developing on the Salesforce platform.
Requirements:
- 1.5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer, with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration using standard Salesforce development tools.
- Software Development: Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Team Player: A positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork are essential to thrive in our collaborative work culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
